As a senior at Lisle Senior High School in 1994 I was honored to receive the N. Tracy Walker Scholarship. The generosity of this award aided in my pursuit of attending the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. In 1998 I graduated from U of I with a degree in Secondary Math Education.

I am currently in my 17th year of teaching high school mathematics at my alma mater, Lisle Senior High School.  Working with college bound students I see the challenging financial decisions they must make when it comes to furthering their education.  Therefore, I am especially grateful to have received the N. Tracy Walker Scholarship.
